As stupid as this girl looks, maybe everyone should get one of these Nubrellas, that way we wont have a bunch of retards walking around with canopy's for umbrellas.
And if it isn't raining why do people still insist on walking around with their umbrellas still open? My patience for NY is wearing thin...
